Entry Level Verizon Representative

Cardinal Partners, a New York-based sales and development firm, is hiring a full-time Entry Level Verizon Representative to join its growing team. In this role, you'll be the face of Verizon FiOS, connecting with customers face-to-face, walking them through service plans, and helping them find the right fit, whether that's internet speeds, TV packages, or bundled deals. You'll come in with no experience required and leave with real sales skills. Through hands-on training, you'll learn to present fiber-optic technology in a way that resonates with customers and to confidently guide them from the first conversation through enrollment. Core Functions of the Entry Level Verizon Representative Engage customers in face-to-face conversations to highlight the benefits of Verizon FiOS internet and TV. Help drive sales by walking customers through how FiOS delivers faster speeds and a better entertainment experience. Recommend the best Verizon FiOS package for each customer based on their needs and budget. Guide customers through the enrollment process in a clear, patient, and helpful manner. Circle back with customers to address any questions and help them make the switch to Verizon FiOS. Build your sales skills through active customer engagement and working toward shared team goals. Preferred Skills for the Entry Level Verizon Representative Role Strong people skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customers. Familiarity with the internet and TV services is a plus. Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of Verizon FiOS and what sets it apart. Upbeat, self-motivated attitude with a desire to contribute to a team-driven environment. Ambition to develop in a sales career through real-world experience and ongoing training.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
