Entry Level Welder

Job Title:

Entry Level Welder Job Description Are you looking for an opportunity to start a career in the trades? You will be working in a climate-controlled fabrication shop to complete a variety of metal fabrication on a variety of materials including stainless steel and mild steel depending on the projects.

Job duties may include:

working from blueprints, MIG and TIG welding parts for customers, grinding welds, and operating saws to cut parts. This is great opportunity for someone to start a career in an established fabrication shop and eventually become a certified welder with the company.

Hours:

1st Shift ; 5X8's and 4X10's schedules available

Job Duties:

Work from blueprints to build custom weldments to specifications MIG and TIG weld various materials Grind and inspect finish welds Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials

Requirements:

Previous welding or fabrication shop experience highly preferred (hobby experience will be considered) Experience working from blueprints Must be comfortable using tools Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Appleton, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
