Entry/Mid Level Assistant Bookkeeper

Established business in Cape Coral has an immediate position for a entry-mid-level/assistant Bookkeeper.

Responsibilities :

Create and send invoices to clients in a timely manner Verify billing information and ensure accuracy Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices Maintain records of transactions and update financial systems Communicate with clients regarding billing questions

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of

Accounting Cycle:

AP, AR, PR,Reconciliations Must have working knowledge of Quickbooks with 1+ years experience

MS Office:

Intermediate Skills:

Excel/Word/Outlook Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Ability to meet deadlines and work independently Reliable work history,
