Kings Mountain, NC 28086 Job Summary Seeking an Environmental Technician II to support sustainability and environmental services operations. This role involves handling waste, recycling, and chemical materials in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Ensure all waste and recycling bins are emptied throughout the day Operate a forklift safely and efficiently Properly separate, collect, store, and label waste, recyclables, and chemicals Assist in training staff on proper recycling and waste disposal practices Communicate effectively with team members and departments Report any issues or concerns to WM management Requirements Valid driver's license required Must have steel-toed boots (additional PPE provided onsite) Ability to operate a forklift (experience preferred) Must complete required pre-employment screenings:

Training (24-hour, scheduled by vendor)

Physical (scheduled by client)

Audio/Hearing Test Additional Details Work Type:

Skilled Light Industrial Overtime eligible (OT1.3 / DT1.6)

Work Environment:

In-plant services (Volvo/Mack facility)
