Job Description Purpose of Requisition:

• The Client is modernizing Equipment Finance (EF) operations and electronic workspaces.
• Presently, EF Associates employ different computer applications to perform like functions.
• This project will train EF Associates to perform work employing computer applications across the organization.
• Consultants will be required to train Associates to perform actions using

INFOLEASE

9, PEGA, FLEX, SALESFORCE and other associated business software applications.

• Consultants will develop training content and deliver training to new system users.

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Consultant to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for our finance professionals.
• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of computer-based applications, exceptional instructional design skills, and a proven ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
• As a Training Consultant, you will be part of a team that conducts needs assessments to identify skill gaps, creating engaging training materials, including presentations, workbooks, and interactive exercises, and facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions on a wide range of financial topics.
• You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts within Equipment Finance to ensure accuracy and relevance of content, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven improvements.
• Furthermore, you will serve as a resource for ongoing learning and development, providing support and guidance to associates seeking to enhance their career potential.
• A strong commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization is essential.

• Proven live, in‑person training experience delivering classroom-style sessions to 20-30+ adult learners (not just virtual or LMS-only training).
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with the ability to quickly learn and train others on complex enterprise applications (e.g., PEGA, workflow tools, finance systems).
• Instructional design & content development background-has created training decks, workbooks, CBT materials, and job aids (not just delivering pre-built content).
• Enterprise systems training experience — comfortable translating business processes into system-based training for end users during modernization or transformation initiatives.
• Financial Services working experience
• Equipment Leasing experience.
