Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first! About the Opportunity As an Equipment Mechanic at EMR, you'll play a key role in our daily operations at our St. Paul, MN site. In this role, you'll work to troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial machinery and heavy equipment. Key Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment such as metal processors, electrical machinery, material handlers, loaders, and forklifts. Perform inspections, diagnostics and routine maintenance Dismantle, reassemble and install parts or new equipment with hand and power tools Use a welder for repairs or fabricating items Qualifications One year of maintenance experience Background in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical areas Ability to work independently Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to lift and handle 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications Experience in repair of industrial equipment, heavy equipment and trucks Compensation and Benefits Monday - Saturday, first shift Pay $28/hr, full-time, year-round PTO and 9 paid company holidays Health insurance 401(k) with company match #LI-Onsite
