Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating equipment such as skid steers and excavators and be comfortable working on construction or site development projects.

MUST BE ABLE TO READ GRADE

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate equipment including skid steers and excavators
• Perform grading, digging, and material handling as required for job sites
• Read and understand grade stakes and site plans to ensure accurate work
• Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow all job site safety procedures and comply policies
• Work effectively with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating skid steers and excavators
• Ability to read grade and follow site plans
• Valid drivers license with good driving record (required)
• CDL license is a plus
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team environment What we offer:
