Equipment Operator, Distribution Center

RH is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our team in delivering first-class service. This role will be responsible for accurate receiving, picking, storage, put-away and shipment of RH product.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials in appropriate areas using a forklift or other power equipment Inspect and maintain the fork-lift and other equipment to ensure the facility and materials are neat, clean, and orderly Use radio equipment for picking, receiving, put-away, and load functions Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage, report quality variances Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety and in accordance with federal, state, and local laws

OUR REQUIREMENTS

1+ years of distribution experience Basic mathematics and reading skills Strong understanding of inventory flow Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
