ERP Analyst

Description We are looking for an experienced ERP Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Cloud initiatives in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position focuses on functional analysis, testing coordination, and production support across enterprise performance management and supply chain processes. The role will work closely with business teams, technical resources, and implementation partners to strengthen system reliability, validate changes, and help maintain operational continuity.

Responsibilities:

Deliver functional and day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion Cloud activities tied to budgeting, planning, cost reporting, and related business operations. Assist with inventory and supply chain workflows by reviewing configurations, investigating issues, and confirming readiness for deployment and ongoing use. Contribute to stabilization efforts following implementation phases, including hypercare support and post-launch issue resolution. Troubleshoot problems in production and test environments, including matters involving integrations, reporting, workflows, and connected applications. Partner with stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to verify system behavior, prioritize fixes, and support business needs. Develop, update, and run detailed test scenarios for quarterly releases, enhancements, and project deliverables across Oracle modules. Coordinate user acceptance and regression testing activities, document outcomes, and confirm that resolved defects perform as expected. Support environment validation after patches, refreshes, and configuration changes while helping maintain testing standards and documentation quality. Requirements Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environments, particularly in enterprise performance management, inventory, or supply chain functions. Strong background in software testing, including test script creation, defect tracking, regression testing, and user acceptance coordination. Ability to analyze business processes related to planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and reconciliations. Experience troubleshooting system issues across production and non-production environments and working with integrated applications. Knowledge of configuration validation, deployment readiness activities, security considerations, and quality assurance practices. Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and reporting, with the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Working familiarity with SQL, cloud-based enterprise applications, and cross-functional collaboration within implementation projects. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
