Direct Hire ERP Manager - Fiber Optic Manufacturing RPM Staffing Professionals, Inc. is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to own and optimize an EVO ERP system. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology, operations, and continuous improvement. About the Role As ERP Manager, you will be the primary owner of the EVO ERP platform, ensuring it serves as a reliable system of record that powers production, inventory control, supply chain, and financial accuracy. You will partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to maximize system performance, eliminate manual workarounds, and support on-time delivery in a fast-paced, precision manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Own the configuration, performance, security, and continuous improvement of the EVO ERP system Lead MRP execution and optimize planning processes to improve production efficiency and inventory accuracy Maintain high data integrity across item masters, BOMs, routings, work orders, and inventory transactions Drive process discipline and increase ERP adoption across the organization, reducing reliance on spreadsheets and manual processes Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement enhancements, and deliver ERP-related projects and integrations Provide actionable reporting and insights to support operational and financial decision-making Oversee user training, documentation, SOPs, and best-practice standardization Troubleshoot issues, manage vendor relationships, and support costing, traceability, and compliance initiatives (including AS9100) What You Bring Deep expertise in ERP systems with strong preference for manufacturing experience (EVO experience is highly valued) Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows, BOMs, routings, MRP, inventory management, and costing processes Proven ability to drive process improvement and organizational change in a manufacturing setting Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Excellent communication skills — able to bridge technical and operational teams High attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and process discipline Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in aerospace, regulated manufacturing, or similar environments is a strong plus Previous people management or team leadership experience preferred Work Environment This role operates in both office and manufacturing floor settings, with regular collaboration across production, warehouse, engineering, and leadership teams.
