This position serves as a key liaison among business users, manufacturing teams, sales support, and IT, ensuring that our ERP and related systems remain reliable, well‑documented, and continuously improved. Candidates should have hands‑on experience with mid‑market ERP platforms used in manufacturing environments (e.g., Infor XA, Syteline, JD Edwards, MAPICS, Microsoft Dynamics). Experience with IBM i systems, CL programming, MES, CRM support, reporting, integrations, or scripting is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities ERP user support across manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, production, finance, customer service, and shipping. Evaluate and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, reporting, and user experience. Gather requirements and implement solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors. Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain ERP functionality , including upgrades and enhancements. Support integrated systems such as MES, labeling, shop‑floor data collection, and inventory movement tools. Support CRM workflows for sales teams and dealer networks. Maintain documentation including SOPs, process guides, and training materials. Ensure data integrity and access controls across systems. Develop reports and automation including queries, extracts, interfaces, and workflows. Balance operational support with project initiatives to advance long‑term system improvements. Required Qualifications Experience supporting or administering ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of mid‑market ERP platforms. Understanding of manufacturing processes such as production, inventory, purchasing, order management, shipping, costing, scheduling, or finance. Ability to translate business requirements into system improvements or configuration changes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with end users, leadership, technical teams, and vendors. Background in programming, scripting, databases, reporting, or system integration. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Infor XA, MAPICS, Net‑Link, Power‑Link, or IBM i‑based ERP systems. IBM i / AS400, CL programming, RPG, SQL, APIs, or EDI experience. MES, labeling, barcode, or shop‑floor data collection experience. CRM support experience for sales teams or dealer networks. Experience with ERP upgrades, implementations, conversions, or module rollouts. Experience developing reports, dashboards, training materials, and documentation. Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, service‑focused ERP professional who understands manufacturing operations and excels at solving business challenges through systems, data, and process improvement. This individual is comfortable working with shop‑floor personnel, office staff, managers, sales support teams, IT resources, and vendors, and can balance urgent support needs with long‑term initiatives. Work Environment This role operates within a manufacturing‑focused environment and interacts regularly with production, warehouse, shipping, inventory, customer service, finance, sales support, and office teams. The position requires responsiveness, accuracy, and the ability to support business‑critical systems in a fast‑paced setting.
