Working closely with the CFO and leadership team to assess and simplify current processes and systems
Conducting a structured assessment of the existing Great Plains environment, SQL-based WMS, and custom applications
Identifying what is business-critical vs. legacy complexity or technical debt
Bringing structure and governance to current development practices (internal and offshore)
Improving visibility, reporting, and data consistency across operations and finance
Supporting a clear roadmap for future ERP strategy (BC / Acumatica / NetSuite)
Helping prepare the organization for longer-term scalability, automation, and AI enablement
Familiarity with warehouse, reverse logistics, or supply chain heavy environments
