Job Description

We're on the lookout for creative, responsible, and energetic individuals to become Game Masters at our escape room venue. As a Game Master, you'll be the key figure behind every guest's experience — setting the scene, guiding them through the story, and making sure their game is safe, smooth, and unforgettable. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys working with people, loves puzzles and storytelling, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Welcome & Prepare Guests:
Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude and make them feel excited for the adventure ahead. Clearly explain the game concept, storyline, safety rules, and time limits before the experience begins. Ensure every group feels informed, comfortable, and ready to play. Oversee the Game in
Real Time:
Monitor teams via video and audio, keeping track of their progress and safety at all times. Offer creative, on-theme hints when needed, making sure each group stays engaged and challenged. Quickly respond to any technical or behavioral issues during the game to maintain flow and safety. Reset & Maintain the
Game Environment:
Reset rooms between games with precision and care — every detail matters. Inspect all props and puzzles for damage or wear. Keep rooms and common areas clean, organized, and ready for the next group.
Deliver Top-Notch Customer Service:
Interact with guests after the game, gather feedback, and encourage them to take team photos. Ensure every visitor leaves with a positive impression of their experience and your service. Collaborate with coworkers and contribute to a fun, supportive work culture.
What We're Looking For:
A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys engaging with all types of people. Calm under pressure and able to adapt to different team personalities and situations. Basic tech knowledge (computers) — we'll train you on the rest. Punctual, reliable, and excited to contribute to a high-energy entertainment environment. Previous experience in hospitality, events, customer service, or theater is a plus, but not required. Strong punctuality and reliability required Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests Must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for customers Team player with professional customer service skills

Weekdays:
approximately 3:00 PM•10:00
PM Saturdays:
approximately 1:00 PM•12:00
AM Sundays:
