11:30 AM - 12:30 AM Job Responsibilities As a Game Master , you will serve as a storyteller, guide, and problem solver . You will interact directly with players in the game rooms and help create a fun and memorable experience. We are looking for individuals who learn quickly, pay close attention to detail, and—most importantly—demonstrate excellent customer service and hospitality.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting players and explaining game rules Assisting players throughout the game experience Monitoring game progress and providing hints when necessary Resetting game rooms for the next group Handling game reservations and front desk duties Promoting future game bookings to customers Maintaining cleanliness and general upkeep of the facility Qualifications Friendly and outgoing personality; comfortable interacting with customers Strong listening and communication skills Good organizational skills and self-motivation Responsible, polite, and professional Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to report income for tax purposes Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation, able to commute independently to and from work
