We are not looking for a typical hire. We are looking for an established Nurse Practitioner who has already built trust with patients and is ready for the next stage of growth. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who has experience in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, aesthetics, or functional wellness and already has an active patient following. Who This Role Is For This role is best suited for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who has already developed a meaningful patient base in one or more of the following areas: Hormone replacement therapy / BHRT Medical weight loss / GLP-1 programs Botox and dermal filler Longevity-focused wellness Peptide therapy, wellness injections You should be confident in your ability to build patient relationships, create treatment plans, educate patients clearly, and contribute to a clinic that is growing. This is not an entry-level provider role. We are specifically looking for someone who can bring experience, clinical confidence, and ideally an existing patient following that can grow within the One Wellness model. Conduct in-depth consultations, review labs, understand patient goals, and create personalized treatment plans. Educate patients clearly and confidently so they understand not just what is recommended, but why and convert them into our care. Perform aesthetic treatments such as Botox and dermal filler, depending on experience and scope. Manage ongoing patient relationships with a focus on retention, outcomes, trust, and long-term care. Collaborate with the One Wellness clinical and administrative team to create an exceptional patient experience. Follow established protocols while contributing insight, leadership, and ideas for improvement. Represent the One Wellness brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity. What We Are Looking For Active Nurse Practitioner license in Utah. Experience in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, aesthetics, or functional wellness. An existing patient base or strong referral following is strongly preferred. Confidence in patient education, consultation, and treatment planning. Strong communication skills and a relationship-based approach to care. Ability to work independently while still contributing to a collaborative team. High standards for patient experience, clinical quality, and follow-through. No ego. No drama. No "this is how I've always done it" mindset. A desire to grow with the clinic long term.
