Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and makeup application with precision and care. Conduct advanced esthetic laser treatments and other skin rejuvenation procedures to improve clients' skin health. Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products tailored to individual needs. Maintain thorough sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations for all procedures. Utilize salon management software such as

MINDBODY

to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently. Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to client concerns, answering questions clearly, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages that align with clients' goals while supporting business growth. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law. Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty or skincare industry. Skilled in esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, makeup application, nail care, barbering, hair threading, botulinum toxin treatment, and other advanced esthetic procedures. Familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for appointment management. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in a spa or salon environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to stay current on industry trends including dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, skin rejuvenation techniques, and new product offerings.
