• Mishawaka is looking for a part-time or full-time

SUGARISTA

(waxer) ! Must be a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist in the State of Indiana.

• Rotating Weekends and evenings are required
• As a Sugarista, your main responsibilities are to provide exceptional services to your clients, making sure that you are prepared to perform a service in your room, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and communicate effectively with your team.

You will also be required to: Have a valid esthetician or cosmetology license Check in and out clients with our POS system Product Knowledge; to educate clients and sell product Knowledge of hygiene and policy standards A willingness to learn Adapting to new situations quickly Customer Service oriented Maintain appropriate conversations before, during and after the service Restock and clean treatment rooms according to company standards Communicate with Receptionists in regards to clients/stock and services Follow the policy standards for dropping or picking up your shifts as advised by the handbook and management Assist in training of new employees If this sounds like you, please email us your resume, 2-3 business references and a cover letter introducing yourself and why you would be a great fit for this position.
