Responsibilities Provide professional esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, and laser treatments with precision and care. Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments using salon management software and handling client check-in/check-out processes seamlessly. Promote retail sales by demonstrating product demos, upselling treatments and skincare products to enhance client results. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment rooms and common areas in compliance with health regulations. Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, special offers, and upcoming events. Assist with managing office operations including inventory control, appointment confirmations, and guest service inquiries. Support team collaboration by participating in staff meetings, training sessions and staying updated on industry trends such as color theory or nail care techniques. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with experience in facial treatments, laser therapy preferred. Strong management skills with experience using software platforms Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members while providing top-tier customer service. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean working environment. Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and social media management to grow client engagement. Familiarity with advanced treatments such as laser hair removal or dermabrasion is a plus; certification in these areas is highly desirable But we can train.
