About Us Cronin Sealcoating & Asphalt, Inc is a growing asphalt sealcoating and pavement maintenance company providing quality sealcoating, crack filling, line striping, and asphalt repair services to residential and commercial customers. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Estimator to join our team. The estimator will meet with customers, evaluate paving and sealcoating projects, prepare estimates, and help convert leads into satisfied customers. Responsibilities Meet with residential and commercial customers Measure and assess driveways and parking lots Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals Follow up on leads and estimates Coordinate with office and field crews as needed Maintain organized records of estimates and customer information Qualifications Experience in sealcoating, paving, construction, or estimating preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently Basic math and measuring skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with estimating software or spreadsheets is a plus
