Estimator / Project Manager - Sitework & Utilities Position Overview We are seeking an Estimator / Project Manager with experience in sitework, excavation, and utilities. This role will be responsible for both bidding and managing projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring accurate estimates and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Prepare estimates and submit bids for sitework, excavation, and utility projects Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate scopes and pricing Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes Manage projects from award through closeout Develop and track budgets, schedules, and cost controls Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation Monitor job costs, production, and overall project performance Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience bidding and/or managing sitework, excavation, and utility projects Strong understanding of construction means and methods for earthwork and underground utilities Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts Experience with estimating and project management software (HCSS, Bid2Win, or similar preferred) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Bonus potential Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Send resume to mitchell.guerrieri@gogpac.com for more information
