What You'll Be Doing You will be responsible for performing take-offs, preparing accurate cost estimates, and submitting proposals for work requested by General Contractors. This role requires staying current with a variety of waterproofing systems, including their applications and associated costs, to ensure competitive and well-informed bids. Reporting directly to the Vice President and collaborating with other estimators, you will act as a key point of communication throughout the bid process, relaying information between the field, office, and clients to support successful project execution.
