Job Summary In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining ethanol production processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Available Shifts:
6am-6pm 6pm-6am
Available Schedule:
Sunday
  • Tuesday and every other Saturday Wednesday
  • Friday and every other
Saturday Compensation:
$25
  • 35/hour based on experience $3/hour shift premium and 40 extra hours of PTO for night shift Relocation support for individuals with ethanol production experience.

What You'll Do:
Operate ethanol production equipment, including reactors, distillation units, and mixers, following standard operating procedures. Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates to optimize production efficiency. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and facilities to identify maintenance needs or potential safety hazards. Assist with materials handling, including loading raw materials and packaging finished products using forklifts and other equipment. Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and safety protocols at all times. Support laboratory testing procedures to verify product quality and process consistency. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, process adjustments, and safety checks.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with manufacturing operations. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
