Job Summary The Ethics and Compliance Specialist assists the Ethics and Compliance Manager in administering the day-to-day operations of the Ethics and Compliance Program for the organization. This includes investigations, policy management, training, communication, and other Program administration. This is a job family posting (Associate Ethics & Compliance Specialist, Ethics & Compliance Specialist, Senior Ethics & Compliance Specialist) where expereince will be the determining factor.
Job Responsibilities Support and manage activities associated with the Company's EthicsLine, including system administration Assign cases to appropriate investigator; track, monitor and report on investigations. Exercise independent judgment in case management Investigate matters reported to the Company via any of the reporting channels Develop and manage compliance training materials Monitor training completion and follow-up as needed Lead the compliance and other corporate policies life cycle management efforts Maintain the Company's Ethics and Compliance department intranet site as an education and information sharing tool Coordinate and create Program educational and communication materials for a variety of audiences Review and manage conflict-of-interest disclosures Provide analysis and guidance to employees and leaders to address compliance matters Support a variety of Ethics and Compliance Program activities, including responses to internal and third-party program assessments and surveys, employee exit survey follow-ups and Workplace Ethics Survey administration Establish effective relationships and work interactively with key company leadership Possess and maintain high standards of ethics, integrity and confidentiality Perform other job-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree The Ethics & Compliance Specialist requires 3 years' experience in HR, compliance, audit, legal support, or an administrative/analytical role Strong written and oral communications skills with attention to detail Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and SharePoint Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

$68,436.68Pay Range Maximum:
$135,761.08 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
