Oversee resident health, safety, and comfort in assisted living and memory care . Complete clinical assessments and nursing documentation . Administer medications and manage chronic conditions common in older adults . Respond to changes in condition with calm, clinical judgment . Communicate updates with families, caregivers, and care teams . Support residents with a focus on dignity, independence, and quality of life . What You Bring Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing. Passion for geriatrics, senior care, or underserved populations . Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar settings preferred . Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with residents . Calm, dependable, and confident in clinical decision-making.
