• Part-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order at a medical facility after hours, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Execute commercial and industrial cleaning tasks using appropriate techniques and equipment. Maintain custodial supplies and equipment; report any maintenance or repair needs promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing cleaning duties. Respond to special cleaning requests or emergencies as they arise. Requirements Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean and safe environment for all facility users.
