Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate evening staff to ensure all cleaning, janitorial, laundry, and custodial tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Manage daily operations related to housekeeping management, including overseeing room cleaning, laundry services, and general maintenance activities Monitor safety procedures and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality experiences Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards Train new team members on cleaning protocols, management procedures, and customer service expectations Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing solutions that enhance their experience Skills Proven supervising experience in hospitality, custodial services, or hotel management Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Extensive janitorial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques Familiarity with laundry operations and housekeeper management practices Excellent organizational skills to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to enforce cleanliness standards while maintaining a positive work environment Effective communication skills for training staff and interacting with guests or clients Join us as an Evening Manager to lead a dedicated team in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
