Full-time Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Supervisor will oversee the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role requires a strong clinical background and leadership skills.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities
• Provide guidance and support to nursing personnel
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop care plans
• Manage patient care, including toddler care and primary care
• Maintain accurate medical records using ICD-10 coding
• Implement basic life support measures when necessary
• Uphold HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions
• Oversee ICU operations and patient monitoring
• Conduct phlebotomy and laboratory procedures as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid RN/LPN license with supervisory experience
• Proficiency in medical office procedures and practices
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and medical terminology
• Ability to phlebotomize and perform laboratory tests
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Experience in LTC settings is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
