What You'll Do Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, dining, and mobility . Help create a positive and structured evening routine . Provide support in both Assisted Living and Memory Care settings . Monitor resident well-being and communicate updates to the care team. Document care and support a safe, comfortable environment . What We're Looking For Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, or Caregiver preferred. Passion for working in senior living and long-term care . Willingness to pursue CNA certification with support provided . Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills. A genuine desire to make a difference in residents' lives .
