Position:

Evening Urgent Care Support Assistant (Evenings)

Schedule:

Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (may be asked to stay later if we are busy)

Location:

Aurora Animal Hospital Pay:

$21/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Support front desk operations as the primary responsibility Answer and triage incoming phone calls promptly and professionally Check clients in and out efficiently, taking payments Assist veterinary technicians and doctors with patient care tasks as needed Assist with cleaning duties and end of day tasks

Requirements:

Friendly and organized with excellent communication skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Passion for animal care and customer service Previous experience in veterinary or medical settings is a plus but not required If you enjoy working evenings and want to play an important role in urgent pet care, we'd love to hear from you!
