Job Description
We're looking for a creative, reliable, and upbeat team member to join the Wowlloons crew! If you love hands-on work, making magic happen, and turning ordinary spaces into balloon-filled wonderlands, this one's for you. As a Balloon Artist & Installation Assistant (training provided) , you'll help build, prep, and install epic balloon designs, from studio assembly to on-site set-ups. You'll work with our design team to bring visions to life and make clients smile (and snap pics!).

Balloon Fabrication & Assembly (We'll Teach You!) Inflate and build balloon garlands, columns, walls, and other Wowlloons designs using latex, foil, and specialty balloons. Ensure every piece meets our high quality and safety standards. Studio Organization & Maintenance Keep our Pembroke studio clean and organized. Help manage balloon inventory, supplies, and equipment. Quality Control Inspect balloons for damage before use, ensure they're properly inflated, tied, and secured for long-lasting installs. Installation Prep & Support Prep balloon installs for delivery and help with loading/unloading. Support on-site installations, including some physical labor (lifting, carrying, etc.). Delivery & On-Site Setup Safely transport balloon arrangements and install them at client locations with precision and care. Make sure everything is secure, aligned to specs, and photo-ready! Client Interaction & Service Greet clients with a smile, answer questions, and help ensure the final result matches their vision. Occasionally assist in helping clients choose balloon options for events. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Handle any balloon mishaps or last-minute adjustments with professionalism and a can-do attitude. Safety & Equipment Care Follow safety guidelines during transportation and installation. Help maintain delivery vehicles and tools. Post-Event Breakdown (When Applicable) Assist with takedowns, safely disassembling displays and returning materials to the studio.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience (Preferred, Not Required): Experience in delivery, event setup, or customer service is a plus but we're happy to train the right go-getter with a positive attitude!Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, work in varied indoor/outdoor event environments, and be comfortable using a ladder. Attention toDetail:
A keen eye for detail is key to creating polished, photo-worthy installs. You'll need to inspect and maintain balloon quality from start to finish.Driving & Organization:
A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. Must be punctual, reliable, and able to follow routes and schedules with ease.Team Player Energy:

You'll represent Wowlloons on-site, so a friendly, respectful, and polished demeanor is essential when interacting with clients and vendors.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with balloon installation (e.g., garlands, columns, walls) is a plus, especially within the event or decor industry but not required. We're happy to train the right candidate!Personal Attributes:
