Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Event Coordinator to lead the planning, organization, and execution of a wide range of events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring creative visions to life, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver memorable experiences for clients and guests. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and a talent for building strong relationships through effective communication and negotiation. Join us to create unforgettable events that leave lasting impressions while ensuring seamless operations from start to finish. Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and budgets, providing expert guidance throughout the planning process Coordinate all aspects of event logistics including venue selection, catering, entertainment, décor, and technical requirements Negotiate contracts with vendors such as caterers, decorators, entertainers, and suppliers to secure the best value and quality Develop detailed event timelines and budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring adherence to financial parameters Oversee event marketing efforts to promote the event through various channels, increasing attendance and engagement Manage on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety standards are met Upsell additional services or packages to enhance client experiences and maximize revenue opportunities Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, venue staff, and team members to ensure smooth coordination and problem resolution Experience Proven experience in event planning or management within hospitality settings such as hotels, restaurants, or banquet facilities Strong background in negotiation, contracts management, and vendor relations Experience with event marketing strategies and promotional activities Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management for events Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with exceptional time management skills Prior experience in banquet service or catering operations is highly desirable Knowledge of hospitality industry standards including guest services and event safety protocols Join our team as an Event Coordinator to craft extraordinary experiences that captivate audiences!
