Event Coordinator/ Experience Specialist

Position Title:

Event & Entertainment Coordinator/ Event Experience Specialist What You'll Do:

You'll help bring our spaces to life-through events, entertainment, and creative energy across locations. Coordinate catering events from start to finish across all locations Help fill and activate our larger event spaces with private bookings and curated experiences Work with clients to plan events that feel seamless, fun, and well thought-out Book live music, DJs, and entertainment for weekends and special events Create and plan themed nights, holiday events, and new ideas to keep things fresh Support social media and marketing efforts (promoting events, creating content, keeping things consistent) Be on-site during events to make sure everything runs smoothly What we're looking for: We're looking for an energetic, organized and creative person to lead our entertainment and function business. But that's the beginning of what can happen, a strong social media skill and creative ways to utilize three separate venues makes this an exciting opening with endless possibilities. Someone outgoing, organized, and creative Comfortable talking to clients and building relationships Has a good eye for what makes an event feel special Loves music, events, and hospitality
