Job Description
Lost Fox Inn , located in Litchfield, CT is currently seeking an experienced and talented Event Coordinator to join its team! The Event Coordinator will work alongside the Event Manager and ensure exceptional guest experiences and seamless events at our boutique hotel, restaurant, and event spaces. Lost Fox Inn is the sister property to top rated inn, restaurant and events venue, Foxfire Mountain House, located in the Catskills. •About Foxfire Mountain House•Established in 2016 by co-founders Eliza Clark and Tim Trojian, Foxfire Mountain House is celebrating its 10th year in operation. From its inception, our venue has focused on crafting one-of-a-kind experiences for our clientele, offering everything from intimate weekend escapes to extravagant wedding celebrations. //www.instagram.com/lostfoxinn •Key Responsibilities Reviewing Banquet Event Order (BEO) for each event and working with the Event Manager to ensure a seamless guest experience Greeting clients at check-in and placing gift bags in guest rooms Assisting with guest check-in to rooms Assisting Event Manager with rehearsal dinners and welcome drinks Setting up for and assisting Event Manager with ceremonies Setting up for and assisting Event Manager with reception, cocktail hour and late-night parties Packing Client decor and belongings and putting away safely at end of night in advance of next day departureQualifications & Skills:
Experience in event planning, hospitality, or related field (wedding industry preferred). Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport effortlessly. Proficiency in Google Suite. Ability to work posted dates. Professional appearance and demeanor.Desired Qualities:

Friday 2-10p Saturday 12p-11:30p June 5th & 7th June 12th & 13th June 26th & 27th July 17th & 18th July 31st & August 1st August 7th & 8th August 14th & 15th August 21st & 22nd August 28th & 29th September 4th & 5th September 6th & 7th September 11th & 12th September 18th & 19th September 25th & 26th October 2nd & 3rd October 9th & 10th October 16th & 17th October 23rd & 24th October 30th & 31st November 6th & 7thCompensation & Benefits:
