Job Description

We are looking for a strong candidate who will be assisting the General Manager with planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion while also supporting front of house operations. This role works closely with the General Manager, Bar Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Marketing Manager to ensure successful events and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service focused, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead front of house staff to create a welcoming and positive dining atmosphere.
Primary Responsibilities:
Event Coordination and Managment:
Assist the General manager with managing the event calendar and scheduling. Help coordinate all event logistics including: food and beverage service, venue coordination, ticketing and event production when applicable. submit and manage any required event permits or documentation maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all events. conduct post event evaluations to asses event success and identify areas for improvement. Assist with staffing needs, and operational recommendations. Assist with post event follow-up communication with clients, vendors, and partners. Help ensure venue spaces are cleaned and returned to original layout following events.
Front of House Support Responsibilites:
Assist the Front of House Manager with daily operational duties. Communicate effectively with hosts, servers, bartenders, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. Maintain a cooperative and positive work environment between front and back of house teams. Enhance guest satisfaction by supporting staff performance and maintaining service standards. help maximize sales opportunities and elevate the dining experience during service shifts. address guest concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience coordinating with vendors and negotiating service preferred. Strong customer service and hospitality mindset. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Willingness to work flexible and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work 4-5 days a week Previous hospitality, restaurant, or event manager experience preferred.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
