Job Description

Join our Team! Our Company is growing rapidly and so is our staff. We are a leading company in the LED lighting industry with the latest in off-road light technology. With our revolutionary LED lighting designs, our company is changing the way off-road enthusiasts see fast approaching night time terrain. Wholesale distributor, Trade Show enthusiast, leading the market with our Cutting-edge products. The Event Manager will oversee the proper execution of events and ensure that all related details are completed correctly. By closely collaborating with other professional staff, the Event Manager will coordinate various aspects of our upcoming events, including recruitment of speakers, vendors, support staff and planning of technical events of all sizes. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Coordinate events, meetings and Trade Shows. Oversee registration and attendee management processes. Schedule meetings in collaboration with staff members and external contacts. Ensure conference space logistics are handled, including layout, audiovisual equipment, lodging, meals, and transportation. Provide guidance and support to staff members by clarifying meeting objectives. Oversee the budgeting, planning, and execution of large-scale events.
Qualifications:
Former Events Management experience (preferred). Customer Service experience. Ability to travel within the United States (35 % of the time). Exceptional analytical and organizational skills. Dependable, detail orientated, highly productive and extremely efficient. Excellent written & communication skills and effective interpersonal skills. Apply through Indeed.
