About Us We are a fast-growing destination and hospitality company specializing in events, tourism, group experiences, and venue coordination in the Lake Texoma area. Our team creates memorable experiences ranging from weddings and private parties to corporate retreats and large-scale group bookings. We are looking for an organized, personable, and driven Events & Sales Coordinator to help manage and execute smaller-to-mid-sized events while supporting the continued growth of our events division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, event coordination, customer relationships, and creating exceptional guest experiences. There is strong opportunity for growth into an Events Manager position as our company continues to expand. Responsibilities Respond to inbound event inquiries and booking requests Coordinate smaller private events including birthdays, reunions, showers, and weddings Coordinate mid-sized public events including Easter events, Chili Cook-offs, and movie nights at the lake. Build proposals, pricing estimates, and event timelines Communicate with clients, vendors, and venue partners Assist with contracts, deposits, and booking logistics Execute and oversee events on-site Provide excellent customer service throughout the planning process Support event marketing initiatives and promotional efforts when needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales support role within the hospitality or events industry Strong communication and organizational skills Customer service or hospitality experience preferred Event coordination or sales experience is a plus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working evenings and weekends for events Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods of time Ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor environments, as many events take place at the lake and in outdoor settings What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company long-term. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and excited about helping build an expanding events department. This position has the potential to grow into an Events Manager role over time. Pay:
$16.00 - $21.00 per hour
