Job Title:
Event Sales Manager•Azteca Rooftop About Azteca South Beach Azteca South Beach is a modern Mexican-American fusion restaurant and bar open 24/7 on Collins Avenue, in the heart of Miami Beach. Our Rooftop is a premier privatizable event space for up to 100 guests, home to Florida's largest tequila and mezcal collection — over 800 references displayed in illuminated showcases — with live music programming every night. We are now building out the commercial arm of this space and looking for a driven, well-connected Event Sales Manager to own it. What You'll Do You will be responsible for the full commercial development of the Azteca Rooftop as a private event venue: prospecting, pitching, closing, and nurturing long-term relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and hospitality partners. On the business development side, you will identify and build relationships with event agencies, wedding planners, DMCs, hotel concierges, and corporate event buyers across Miami and Florida. You will actively cultivate referral pipelines with the concierge teams at neighboring hotels — Delano, SLS, Faena, National, and Loewe — and represent Azteca at industry networking events, trade shows, and hospitality mixers. On the sales side, you will handle all inbound privatization inquiries, prepare custom proposals and contracts, negotiate within the house commercial framework, and consistently hit monthly revenue targets. On the coordination side, you will serve as the main point of contact between clients and our internal teams — bar, service, and music — to ensure flawless event execution. You will be on-site during private events and follow up with clients afterward to build loyalty and generate repeat business. What We're Looking For You have at least two years of event sales experience in a Miami F&B venue, hotel, or event agency, and you come with an established network of planners, concierges, or corporate buyers in the Miami Beach market. You are bilingual in English and Spanish, polished, self-directed, and comfortable managing a full sales pipeline independently. You are available to work select evenings and weekends for events. Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace is expected.Compensation Base salary:
$55000•$60000 per year, depending on experience and networkCommission:
