SECURITY OFFICERS S.O.F.

Protections Security Agency LLC This is not an entry-level "warm body" security position. S.O.F. Protections Security is actively recruiting disciplined, professional individuals to join a high-performance security team. We are seeking officers who demonstrate strong judgment, situational awareness, accountability, and professional presence. If you are looking for a low-expectation environment, this position is not for you.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a professional and visible security presence Conduct proactive patrols and monitor assigned areas Identify and address suspicious activity before escalation Complete accurate and professional incident reports De-escalate situations using sound judgment and communication Enforce client policies and security procedures consistently Represent S.O.F. Protections with professionalism at all times

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Must pass a background investigation Must pass a drug screening Must pass a physical fitness (PT) assessment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional appearance, communication, and demeanor

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Security, military, law enforcement, or corrections background Experience working in high-visibility or high-responsibility environments
