Event Guest Services Representative Major Sporting Events

A & Associates is currently hiring Guest Services Representatives for upcoming major sporting events and entertainment venues throughout the Houston area. This is an exciting opportunity to work high profile events including professional football games, basketball games, international soccer events, festivals, concerts, and other large scale entertainment events.

Events may include:

NFL games NBA games International soccer events including FIFA related events Concerts Festivals Stadium and entertainment venues

Pay Rate:

$15.50 per hour

Position Responsibilities:

Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service Assisting attendees with directions and seating locations Helping maintain a positive guest experience throughout the venue Monitoring assigned areas and reporting concerns to supervisors Assisting with crowd flow and line management Providing information regarding venue policies and procedures Supporting event operations as needed

Requirements:

Must have strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude Ability to stand for extended periods of time Reliable transportation required Weekend and evening availability preferred Previous guest services, hospitality, customer service, or event experience is a plus but not required No security license is required for this position.
