We are actively seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Event Staff team at the prestigious Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. EVENT SCHEDULE & ROLES

Wednesday, June 3 Kit Stuffing & Orientation 12:00 PM•4:30 PM Thursday, June 4•Saturday, June 6 (Event Kickoff)

Roles May Include:

Registration Guest Services Ticketing Exhibit Hall Support Bookstore Support Shift times may vary between 6:30 AM•10:00 PM depending on assignment needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist attendees with registration, check-in, and badge distribution Deliver exceptional customer service and attendee support Help maintain organized guest flow throughout the event Support exhibit hall and bookstore operations Assist onsite leadership with additional event needs as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Candidates available for all event days/shifts are strongly preferred Must consistently arrive 10-15 minutes early for each shift Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude required Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented individuals only
