Role:
We are seeking an experienced EVSE Working Foreman to lead and oversee South Florida based EV charging station installation crew. This role is critical in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a reliable, detail oriented, safety focused, hands-on leader with strong electrical and civil construction knowledge and experience managing crews in the field.
Responsibilities:
Lead crew installing EV charging stations (Level 2 and Level 3 DC Fast Chargers) Plan daily job site activities and assign tasks to maximize productivity Lead daily JHA and Tool Box Talk discussions Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and site plans Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company standards Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, inspectors, and clients Oversee installation of conduit, foundations, panels, wiring, and EVSE equipment Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and material tracking Enforce OSHA and company safety policies at all times Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and skillsets Manage tools, equipment, and materials on-site Identify and resolve field issues proactively
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in electrical/civil construction or EVSE installation 2+ years of crew leadership or foreman experience Strong understanding of electrical systems and job site operations Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics Knowledge of NEC and safety regulations (OSHA) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Familiar with 811 Utility Locate procedures and working safely around various utilities Clean valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
