Excavation Foreman Assistant:

Assist with daily excavation and sitework activities on residential and light commercial projects within approximately one hour of Bernville, PA. Perform rough grading, finish grading, trenching, and general excavation work alongside the crew. Operate excavation equipment and drive a tri-axle dump truck safely and efficiently. Help execute daily project tasks and maintain workflow when the Foreman is off-site. Support and guide less experienced crew members in safe and effective excavation practices. Prepare materials, tools, and equipment needed to keep projects running efficiently throughout the day. Uphold GHL Construction's standards for safety, workmanship, and job site quality.

Our Ideal Excavation Foreman Assistant:

Experienced:

At least 3 years of excavation experience in sitework, grading, or related construction work and holds a CDL-A license or is willing to work toward obtaining one with company support.

Leadership Potential:

Has a strong desire to learn, grow, and develop into a future Foreman role.

Dependable Communication:

Communicates clearly with crew members and leadership to help projects run smoothly and efficiently.
