Excavation Laborer

Responsibilities Support the setup and breakdown of construction sites by moving materials, debris, and equipment as needed. Perform routine inspections of tools and machinery to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members. Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding progress, issues, or hazards encountered during operations. Work with equipment operators and assist them in completing digging operations. Operate hand tools such as concrete saws, Jack hammers, laser levels, compactors and more. Skills Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and protocols. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Prior experience in construction environments demonstrating familiarity with site preparation and excavation processes.
