Job Description
COMPANY Our client is the CEO of multiple high-performing companies. One is a tech start-up, and the other is a venture capital firm. Both companies focus on promoting economic opportunities and development, through utilizing AI. Our client is hard working, family focused, and faith oriented.
BASIC FUNCTION
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Executive & Personal Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the CEO's family while also contributing to the organization's administrative operations. This individual in this position is responsible for managing a wide range of personal, logistical, and organizational tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning across both domains. This individual will serve as a trusted partner, handling sensitive responsibilities with discretion while maintaining a high level of organization and responsiveness. The role requires the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires a blend of adaptability, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. The position will work closely with the CEO and family members while also collaborating internally with team members to support administrative workflows as needed.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support for the CEO's family Manage scheduling, appointments, and coordination of personal activities Assist with errands, organization, and general household coordination as needed Handle sensitive personal and professional information with the highest level of confidentiality Coordinate and manage complex calendars across personal and professional priorities Handle scheduling conflicts and adjustments with professionalism and discretion Provide administrative support to the organization when personal responsibilities allow Support general office operations and organizational workflows Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities across multiple areas of responsibility Ensure timely execution and follow-through on all assigned items Maintain organized systems for managing ongoing responsibilities Serve as a point of coordination between the CEO's family and external contacts when appropriate Maintain clear, professional communication across all interactions Support coordination between internal teams when assisting with company operations Exercise sound judgment in all communications and decision-makingCANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS SOUGHT

2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or administrative support role Experience supporting senior executives, families, or high-trust environments preferred Strong proficiency with scheduling tools, communication platforms, and general office software Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain organization in both personal and professional settings Experience in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments preferred Must have reliable transportation This is a full-time position that requires onsite presence in Alpine and Lehi, UT.
