Job Summary A growing organization is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to executive leadership. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage priorities efficiently in a flexible, part-time capacity. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in keeping leadership organized, improving day-to-day efficiency, and supporting critical business operations. Essential Responsibilities Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up action items Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries as needed Track tasks, deadlines, and key initiatives on behalf of leadership Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives Maintain organized records, files, and documentation Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Assist with occasional local errands or time-sensitive business needs Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 3-7+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision High level of professionalism and discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license required Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this role, the employee may be required to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, and use hands for typing and writing throughout the workday. The employee must be able to safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and color vision. The work environment noise level is moderate. Additional Requirements The selected candidate must be able to pass background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screening if requested. A clean driving record is required.
