- Position Overview
- Autodesk is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support leaders within the Global Partner Ecosystem organization, specifically across Partner Success & Services and Emerging Technologies.
- Responsibilities
- + Manage complex executive calendars, meeting cadence, and priority alignment across multiple stakeholders and time zones + Coordinate domestic and international travel, expense reporting, and logistical planning + Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up action tracking + Support leadership team operations, including staff meetings, offsites, team events, communication execution and organizational rhythms + Maintain operational systems, documentation, and administrative processes that support executive and team effectiveness + Support execution of strategic initiatives by tracking milestones, action items, and dependencies across teams + Facilitate communication and coordination between executives, business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders + Assist in preparing presentations, leadership communications, and organizational updates + Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies that enhance team productivity and executive effectiveness + Help ensure leadership priorities are executed efficiently and aligned to business objectives + Serve as a primary point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders interacting with executive leadership + Build strong partnerships across teams to ensure seamless collaboration and follow-through + Handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion + Understands business priorities and anticipates leadership needs + Exercises sound judgment and supports effective decision-making + Balances tactical execution with strategic awareness + Highly organized with strong prioritization and execution skills + Manages multiple workstreams effectively in fast-paced environments + Drives follow-through and accountability with attention to detail + Communicates clearly and professionally across all organizational levels + Builds trusted relationships and collaborates effectively across teams + Represents executive leadership with confidence and professionalism + Thrives in dynamic environments with shifting priorities + Maintains composure under pressure and navigates ambiguity effectively + Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and a solutions-oriented mindset + Handles confidential information with integrity and professionalism + Demonstrates emotional intelligence and mature decision-making + Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills + Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset + Comfortable navigating executive-level environments and complex organizational dynamics + Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on broader business goals + Ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through completion + Executives are consistently well-prepared, informed, and focused on the highest-value work + Priorities move forward efficiently with strong follow-through and accountability + Communication and coordination across teams are seamless and proactive + Operational processes become more streamlined and scalable + The Executive Assistant is viewed as a trusted extension of the leadership team •Minimum Qualifications•+ 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or technology environment + Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels + Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills + Strong business judgment and ability to anticipate needs before they arise + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships across all organizational levels + Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Slack, Zoom, project management platforms, (Airtable, MIRO, etc.
