Dennis, MA Apply Description We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support for a busy leadership team in Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on keeping daily operations running smoothly through strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate appointments, and ensure scheduling priorities are handled efficiently.
- Organize meetings from start to finish, including preparing logistics, confirming attendees, and distributing follow-up materials.
- Record accurate meeting notes for leadership sessions and share clear, timely minutes with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update fundraising and organizational records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Arrange travel plans and related itineraries as needed for executives or organizational leadership.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document preparation, correspondence, and general office coordination.
- Handle data entry and information tracking tasks to support reporting and operational needs.
- Assist with additional projects and administrative assignments to help leadership stay focused and on schedule. Requirements
- Demonstrated experience supporting executives or senior leadership in an administrative capacity.
- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to balance shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Experience coordinating executive meetings and preparing detailed meeting documentation.
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records in administrative or fundraising systems.
- Ability to arrange travel and manage related scheduling details with care and efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with close attention to detail.
