Job Summary Job Summary The County Executive Assistant and HR Technician provides high-level, confidential administrative support to the Superintendent of Schools and the Executive Leadership Team, including the Executive Director of Student Services and HR and SELPA, and the Assistant Superintendent of Business/CBO, as well other cabinet-level staff. The position plays a vital role in ensuring organizational efficiency and smooth daily operations by managing executive calendars, coordinating communications, supporting board governance, basic HR functions and overseeing critical administrative functions. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and technical skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. This role is instrumental in fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement. View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, public administration,education, or a related field. Associate's degree and three (3) years of increasingly responsible administrative support experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience supporting executive leadership in a public agency, education setting, or comparable organization may also be considered in lieu of formal education.
