BizTek People is in search for an experienced Executive Assistant for our client in Portland, OR! Executive Assistant Contract | Full-Time | Onsite 12-
Week Assignment Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM We are seeking a polished and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced healthcare/academic administration environment. This high-priority role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling Coordinate meetings, travel, expense reports, and presentations Prepare agendas, meeting materials, notes, and follow-up items Support office operations including front desk coverage and guest coordination Assist with executive events, logistics, and hybrid meeting setup Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Required Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Experience supporting senior-level executives Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Education/Experience Requirements Must meet one of the following: 4 years clerical/secretarial experience, including 1 year supporting senior executives OR Associate degree/certificate in Office Administration or related field + 3 years experience OR Bachelor's degree + 2 years secretarial experienceAdditional Details Fully onsite position Onsite interview required Immediate hiring need #ExecutiveAssistant, #HealthcareAdministration, #ClinicalOperations, #HospitalAdministration, #MedicalExecutiveSupport, #HealthcareLeadership, #MedicalOfficeAdministration, #ClinicalScheduling, #HealthcareSupportServices, #AdministrativeHealthcareJobsSimilar remote jobs
