We're Hiring:
CVO Assistant / Project Manager ???? Louisville, KY | Full-Time | In-Person Lasting Mark is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and driven CVO Assistant / Project Manager to support our Chief Visionary Officer and Executive Team. What You'll Do:
? Manage executive scheduling, communications, and travel coordination ? Support operational projects and strategic initiatives ? Coordinate events and executive logistics ? Maintain communication with strategic partners and stakeholders ? Collaborate across departments to ensure organizational efficiency ? Assist with onboarding and staffing support within the Life Division ? Anticipate challenges and proactively create solutions
